The Department of Psychology is looking for a researcher within the projects ”Radicalization and extremism” funded by the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg foundation and Riksbankens Jubileumsfond. The employment is for 1 year and on 70% of full time, starting the 1th of April 2017.
The successful applicant is expected to work within our projects on radicalization and extremism. Specifically, the applicant is expected to contribute by designing studies, collecting and analyzing data, as well as writing manuscripts to projects dealing the personality signature of potential recruits to Islamic extremism and factors that brings ordinary people into extreme situations. The person we look for has an excellent track record and motivation to identify and solve scientific problems.
The applicant must hold a Ph.D. or possess equivalent scholarly competence.
Applicants are evaluated in regard to their previous research and experience in relation to the projects mentioned above.
