Entry Requirements: One year of studies at the Master Programme in Infection Biology or equivalent.

About the course:

The modules of the course will provide a comprehensive understanding of microbial evolution, epidemiology, food hygiene, zoonosis, surveillance and global infections. Teaching is conducted as lectures by specialists from academia, hospital, government agencies, authorities and pharmaceutical industry and as seminars, group exercises, computer labs and site visits. If resources are available also a field trip abroad is included.
