Do you have questions about studying in Sweden or here at Uppsala University? Do you have some ideas about what you want to study but want to discuss them with a study counsellor? Where are your studies leading to? These and many other questions can be discussed with a study counsellor; both the study consellors located at S:t Olofsgatan 10B or the study counsellors at the departments.

The university has a central office for study- and career counsellors  for individual counselling located at S:t Olofsgatan 10B. You can discuss specific questions such as eligibility, the admissions selection process, your degree requirements or you can just discuss general ideas about your studies and/or future career plans. They can offer feedback on your CV or your cover letter and/or help prepare students for an interview situation.

Each department has at least one study counsellor whose task is to answer questions related to specific courses or programmes of study given by their department. They can even set up an individual study plan in cases needed. You can find the study counsellor of the department in the contact box of each programme.

The Student Services Office at S:t Olofsgatan 10B has a collection of Swedish university’s prospectus and other brochures about studying in Sweden or continuing with a profession in Sweden. Here you can find applications about admissions, degrees, donations made to the university for students, and about how to study abroad.
