Gunilla Lundmark new Managing Director of Uppsala University Holding Company

On 1 September, Gunilla Lundmark will take office as Managing Director of Uppsala University Holding Company, where she succeeds Lars Jonsson. She most recently served as Managing Director of Pharmanest AB.
Gunilla Lundmark has held leading positions in the life science sector for more than 25 years. As Managing Director of Pharmanest AB she has successfully developed activities from the idea stage to commercialisation. Before her time at Pharmanest she was Deputy Managing Director at Q-Med AB. From her work in companies and company boards, Lundmark has broad experience of knowledge-intensive companies and good knowledge of Uppsala’s business sector. In 2014 she was awarded the BioTech Builder Prize by the Swedish life science sector. Lundmark replaces Lars Jonsson who has been Managing Director of Uppsala University Holding Company since its launch in 1998.

Gunilla Lundmark is from Uppsala and will take office on 1 September.
