Events for newcomers
Uppsala University’s International Faculty and Staff Services organise a welcome reception and an introduction seminar for new international employees.
When you arrive at Uppsala University and receive an email address by Uppsala University, you are welcome to be added to International Faculty and Staff Service's email list and get updates about upcoming events. To be added to their email list, please send an email to ifss@uu.se with the title "Receive updates about upcoming events".
The University also collaborates with Uppsala International Hub, who organise a range of activities for international guests and their spouses. They offer information meetings, social activities and guided tours.
