About the course
In large organisations, both private and in public sectors, it is common for IT solutions to be composed of several interacting systems that are used, maintained and updated over long time. It is also common that these systems are used in different ways by different user groups that have different requirements on the systems. In this course, we study the effects of prolonged continuous updating and maintenance of such systems, how these effects can be analysed and managed. We also study complexity problems that can arise in large organisations with many different user groups.
