About the course

Plasma physics studies the collective behaviour of charged particles in electromagnetic fields. Applications are found in space- and astrophysics, fusion research and surface and layer growths in materials science and technology. The aim of the course is to give basic knowledge about the properties of plasma and to give examples of different applications.
