Entry requirements: Electromagnetic Field Theory and Nuclear Physics or the equivalent. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

Basic properties of different accelerators. Methods for acceleration and diagnostics. Radiation and detectors. How to plan and perform measurements with accelerators and detectors. Project based learning.
