About the course

The course introduces key concepts in quantum information in order to provide the necessary background for further studies of theoretical and experimental aspects of the subject. Specifically, the course aims to give skills to solve problems related to quantum entanglement, open quantum systems, and various types of quantum information measures, with applications in quantum teleportation and quantum cryptography.
