Selection: Higher education credits in science and engineering (maximum 240 credits)
Entry requirements: 90 credits in science/engineering (physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, earth sciences, computer science, material science) including 15 credits in mathematics or physics and 10 credits in chemistry. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

About the course
This course will focus on the integration of evidence from the perspectives of geoscience, the environment and society to assess resource feasibility. The course will include reconnaissance, target appraisal, exploration and assessment of feasibility. It will feature the mutual assessment of environmental baselines, local stakeholder relations, politics and economics, permits and legislation and plans for remediation. Industrial partners as well as local government and environmental agencies will participate in the course.
