Students are selected based on a total appraisal of:
the quantity and quality of previous university studies with emphasis on grades in relevant fields,
a statement of purpose describing your interest in the course
a summary in English (maximum one page) of a research project, or similar, performed during the Bachelor's studies; and
relevant work experience.
Outline for distance course:
The course will be undertaken online, for example via Zoom. Communication between student and Master’s thesis supervisor will be mediated online via communication platforms such as Zoom, email and Studium. In order to participate in this distance course students will need access to internet, a PC or Mac computer and a web browser, for example Google Chrome, and a headset with microphone and speakers. Examination consists of a written and oral presentation of the Master’s thesis and to serve as an opponent for another student’s thesis within the Master's thesis course. The tasks and activities making up the exam will be mediated via an online communication platform.

A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university. Internship in Learning for Sustainable Development and Global Health, 15 credits. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

About the course
Through the independent thesis work, you will increase your ability to formulate, delimit and examine practices of implementation science, transformational learning and sustainability. In addition, you will be given training in undertaking a literature review and in communicating scientific results both orally and in writing.
