    Outline for distance course: The course will be undertaken online, for example via Zoom. Communication between student and the internship supervisor will be mediated online via communication platforms such as Zoom, email and Studium. In order to participate in this distance course students will need access to internet, a PC or Mac computer and a web browser, for example Google Chrome, and a headset with microphone and speakers. Examination consists of a written assignment and an oral presentation of the assignment. The tasks and activities making up the exam will be mediated via an online communication platform.

Entry requirements: A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university. Introduction to Sustainable Development, 7.5 credits, Introduction to Implementation Science, 7.5 credits, Power, Equity and Transformation, 15 credits, Governance for Sustainability, 15 credits, and Implementation Methods and Design, 15 credits. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

About the course

This course consists of a minimum of an 8-week full-time internship within an organisation that has clear relevance to learning for sustainable development and global health. The student will be responsible for securing the internship and an external supervisor within the host organisation, which the academic supervisor must approve. In consultation with the student, the external supervisor will establish a work plan for the entire period of the internship.
