Entry requirements: In the Master of Science Programme in Pharmacy the student has to have followed all previous courses in terms 1-7 and has at least 150 credits in the program.
If you take this course as an independent course, it requires 150 credits in pharmaceutical science, biomedicine, biotechnology, chemistry and / or biology or equivalent.
Knowledge in English equivalent to what is required for basic Swedish qualifications to college education at the undergraduate level.

About the course
The course deals with how antibodies (proteins) can be used as drugs. You will learn more about how to design antibodies with the goal of improving the treatment of a particular disease. You will also gain insight into how to use these protein drugs today and how to work on improving their functionality for future therapy areas.
