A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university, and at least 7.5 credits in GIS.

About the course
The course provides knowledge and skills in landscape analysis and working with GIS (Geographic Information Systems), as well as in the use of GIS to analyse issues in archaeology and ancient history, and to make spatial analyses. Landscape, methodology, theory, analysis, interpretation, source criticism, raster and vector data are some of the concepts covered in the course.
