Book a venue
You are welcome to book Ångström Laboratory's venues for conferences and meetings that harmonize with Uppsala University's goal of being a meeting place for knowledge, culture and critical dialogue based on scientific integrity.
It is usually easier to find vacant venues during periods when teaching is not conducted, for example June to mid-August. Please book at least six months in advance to increase the chances of finding available dates.
How to book venues for conferences and meetings
- See which of the Ångström laboratory venues below suit your needs for space and equipment. You can see if the venue is available on the dates you are interested in by following the links "When is the venue available?" under the respective venues.
- Send an email to the reception with organization number, invoice information, name of venue and date to complete the booking.
- Send an email to the AV support for a review of the venue's AV equipment if you have not used the venue before.
- Register your event no later than 10 days before the planned date by filling in a digital form (only available in Swedish), in which you will also enter information that will form the basis of a risk analysis. Make sure you are informed about the work related to event security that you as an organizer are expected to carry out.
