Sustainability Forum invites you to take part in lectures and panel discussions featuring Food Rescue Gotland and Blue Centre Gotland focusing on the role of food in our journey towards sustainability.
How does our food affect the earth’s ecosystems? What should we eat to stay healthy? How can food waste become a resource?
Welcome to Sustainability Forum's event where food is the focus. Take part in current research about how food affects ecosystems and how blue food can become sustainable. Learn more about the role of food from a climate justice perspective. Listen to practitioners who talk about how they work to reduce food waste in their business and how food can be the key to building community.
The event will be held in English and live-streamed from Uppsala.
