The Wind Energy Section at the Department of Earth Sciences welcomes the future elite of Europe in wind energy research with the 20th EAWE PhD Seminar.
EAWE (European Academy of Wind Energy) is an international non-profit organization that promotes and supports the development of wind energy science.
Every year, a PhD seminar is organised and this year on the 20th anniversary it is hosted by the Wind Energy Section (Department of Earth Sciences) at Campus Gotland.
The PhD Seminar will take place on 24-26 September with around 150 participants from academia and industry. The days will include presentations (each PhD student will present their research), guest speakers and collaborative activities such as experience sharing sessions with mixed topics such as ‘life after PhD studies’ where there will be a panel talking about their career choices and answering questions.
