Students from Uppsala University's Playful Project Management Design course present their innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Through collaboration with project managers and organisations, the students have explored the principles of game design and the science of playfulness to inspire creativity, empower teams, and spark new possibilities in professional settings.

The course Playful Project Management Design course explores how game design-inspired playfulness can transform project management and leadership. Students study the science of playfulness and the craft of game design, gaining a deeper understanding of how playful design can enable collaboration, learning, and creativity at work.
