Bo Normark is widely recognized as a pioneer in Swedish and European power technology. Join us as he shares his insights on the future of the green transition.

This lecture is part of the course ’Trends in Wind Industry’ for students in the Wind Power Project Management programme at Campus Gotland.

The general public is also welcome. The lecture will be held in English.

About Bo

Bo Normark is a leading expert in energy storage. After nearly 40 years at ABB in the electrical engineering industry, he became the Thematic Leader for smart grids and storage at EIT InnoEnergy. He now serves as Industrial Strategy Executive and played a key role in founding the European Battery Alliance (EBA).

He is a member of several leadership boards and advisory groups, both in Sweden and internationally—including the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and the Renewable Energy Institute of Japan. Bo is known for his commitment to innovation and his mission to drive real change toward a sustainable energy future in Europe.
