12–13 June 2025
Paths to Disarmament in Times of Nuclear Threat
The 2025 conference again saw a record number of proposals as well as participants (170). New panels included Nuclear weapons and space, Arctic security and the nuclear dimension, and AI in nuclear arms control and strategic stability. The conference culminated in a keynote address by Izumi Nakamitsu, Under-Secretary-General and High Representative for the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs.
18–19 June 2024
Reinvigorating Nuclear Disarmament
The third conference marked the launch of the new AMC Data platform and encyclopedia. The results of the IPNDV BeCamp2 measurement campaign were presented. Around 140 people participated on-site in the 30 panels.

14–15 June 2023
Nuclear Disarmament at a Crossroads
The second AMC Cross-Disciplinary Conference was a great success. It featured 27 panels and about 130 people from around the world participated on site. From this conference onwards the AMC Conference has been held at the Uppsala University Main Building.
20–21 October 2022
Inauguration and the first conference
AMC's first conference was held at Uppsala Concert and Congress in Uppsala. It attracted around 80 participants on-site and had 22 panels. In connection with the conference, the centre was inaugurated in the Grand Auditorium at Uppsala University.
