MedTech Science & Innovation Centre at Almedalen 2025
MTSI will be hosting a seminar in Almedalen on Thursday, June 26th, from 13:00 to 13:45, titled “A Holistic Perspective on MedTech – How Do We Value Health Care?” The session builds upon work of Sofia Wagrell investigating the challenges of translating healthcare value into financial terms.

From October 13–15, 2025, the Medical Technology Days will take place at Uppsala Concert & Congress, right in the heart of Uppsala.
The conference is organized by Akademiska Hospital and the Medtech Science & Innovation Centre.

MedTech Science & Innovation Day 2025
The Uppsala MedTech Science and Innovation Centre (MTSI) arranged our annual MTSI Day 2025 on Wednesday, April 23 at H:son-Holmdahlsalen, located at Uppsala University Hospital. The theme for this year's conference was "Bridging Disciplines: the importance of multiple perspectives in Advancing MedTech Innovations."
