Center Director Christel Bergström: Welcome to a center at full throttle
SweDeliver is looking forward to an intense autumn where many of our junior researchers will present their research before we meet 27-29 November in Uppsala Concert & Congress for our Open conference New Horizons in Drug Delivery and Formulations, writes Center Director Christel Bergström.
One month into the autumn semester 2024, it is obvious that our Center is at full throttle. Our junior researchers deliver at all levels: Today, 4 October, PhD student Ellen Brunzell presents her work at the first of this autumn's four half-term seminars. 20 October, Marcus Wanselius will defend his thesis before leaving us for new challenges at APL - and I really want to take this opportunity to wish you, Marcus, the very best of luck in your future career.
We can also present several recruitments with Postdoc Yassir Al-Tikriti, PhD student Anton Norberg and researcher Dávid Juriga joining our team in Pharmaceutical Physical Chemistry. We are also strengthening our management team with Caroline Fronczak Alvebratt as our new Project Coordinator. And don’t miss to register for November’s highlight: New Horizons in Drug Delivery and Formulations, the open conference we are organizing in collaboration with NextBioForm and Nordic POP.
