Organizational chart
The research programme U-CARE is hosted by the research group CIRCLE – Complex Intervention Research in Health and Care. The daily operations are managed by U-CARE's programme director. How responsibilities are distributed and decisions are made within U-CARE is regulated by an instruction Pdf, 155 kB. established by the Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy.
U-CARE has two steering groups: the steering committee and the executive committee.
The steering committee decides on overall guidelines for U-CARE's operations, establishes the work order for U-CARE, appoints members to the executive committee, decides on proposals regarding specific issues that the programme director or the executive committee refers to the steering committee. The steering committee is also responsible for deciding on the programme director’s proposal for budget, operational plan, and annual report.
The executive committee is responsible for the implementation of U-CARE's operational plan, decides on issues related to the use of the U-CARE Platform, and shall promote collaboration between different academic disciplines and with representatives of those affected by the research.
