U-CARE presentation: Equity, diversity, and inclusion in clinical trials

The title of the presentation is ‘Why equity, diversity and inclusion matter for trial recruitment and retention’ and aims to highlight how underrepresentation in health research can contribute to unequal care, and what researchers can do to change this. Shaun Treweek emphasises that researchers should not only ask how many participants are recruited to a study, but also who they are.
