The thesis explores the relationship between cardiovascular disease and mental health, with a particular focus on stress, anxiety, and depression.
– In short, my thesis is about how the field of cardiology can benefit from knowledge within psychology, explains Philip Leissner.
As part of the preparations for the defence, Philip today held a final seminar. After briefly presenting his thesis, a discussion was led by Associate Professor Sophie Gaber, focusing on the different sub-studies as well as methodological considerations and choices.
Thank you for an exciting and insightful discussion, now we look forward to the defence next week!
