Rackham/Crex extensions fully in production
In order to replace the loss of the Milou cluster and Pica storage, Rackham and its storage system Crex have been extended. This new hardware is now fully in production.
Rackham was extended by 152 nodes, including four nodes with 1 TB of RAM. The size of Crex was increased by a factor of three. Rackham now boasts 386 nodes with a total of 7,720 cores, and Crex is 6 petabytes.
All the compute time can be applied for in SUPR through the rounds SNAC Small, SNAC Medium, and SNAC Large. The storage area can be applied for through the round UPPMAX Storage.
