During 2025, we will be featuring talks by our center's PhD students, as they are on their second half of the way to their doctorates. Each session will have two talks, including a brief leg stretcher in between. Grab your lunch & favorite drink and learn with us one Friday a month!
This month of March, we are featuring a talk by Filip Iliesvki, who is studying the the bacterial translational machinery at the single cell level, and a talk by Carla Sacchi, who works on exploring the current landscape of partnerships for antibiotic R&D innovation.
Talk titles:
- “FLORENCE – Fluorescence labelling in re-coded E.coli with non-canonical chemical entities” - Filip Ilievski
- "Pharmaceutical firms in multisectoral partnerships: antibiotic resistance and sustainability challenges" - Carla Sacchi
