Welcome to the EY office for a networking event around HR Technology and the ethical aspects of automation technology development. We will discuss what robotics and machine learning is, the latest trends within HR automatization and how EY work with disruptive automation technologies. During the second part of the presentation, Professor Patricia Mindus from Uppsala University will also join us to talk about reasoning around right and wrong when applying these new technologies and its impact in our society. We will end the evening with a mingle with drinks and finger food.

Patricia Mindus is Professor in Practical Philosophy, with a focus on Philosophy of Law, at Uppsala University. Previously Wallenberg Academy Fellow, she is now the Director of Uppsala Forum for Democracy, Peace and Justice and the President of the Swedish IVR. She directs research on citizenship and migration policy in the EU, with a political and legal theory perspective and has authored several monographs on legal realism, citizenship and European citizenship. Her signature contributions include the functionalist theory of citizenship and the theory of migration as institutional fact.
