This talk will focus less on the Russian-Ukrainian War itself than on its wider implications for world, European and regional security. In particular, we will discuss various risks, effects and repercussions of the war for the international relations and future stability of East-Central Europe and Black Sea region. What challenges and tasks are not only Ukraine and its government, but also the countries and international organizations present in the region facing? Which policy recommendations can be derived for different governmental and inter-governmental actors with an interest in the Black Sea region's security and prosperity?
