Research and Innovation for Action on Women’s Mental Health
Join us in Uppsala on 26–27 May 2026 for a two-day international conference dedicated to advancing women’s mental health. Building on the success of previous WOMHER conferences, this event will bring together leading researchers and professionals from diverse disciplines to share knowledge, spark innovation, and foster collaboration.
The programme will feature keynote lectures, oral presentations, and interactive sessions addressing four key themes:
- Women’s Mental Health in the Global Context
- Mental Health Disorders Unique to, or More Common Among, Women
- Research and Innovation for Action
- Interdisciplinary Approaches to Wicked Problems
Who Should Attend?
The conference welcomes anyone with an interest in women’s mental health, including researchers and PhD students from all scientific disciplines, clinicians and policymakers.
This conference is organised by WOMHER in collaboration with our partners Forte and Her Mind at Karolinska Institutet.
