The Baltic University Programme (BUP) now welcomes PhD students to Uppsala to join an engaging workshop designed to enhance creativity and interdisciplinary collaboration among PhD students.
In November, The Baltic University Programme will host the CAPABLE PhD student conference at Uppsala University. The participating group will consist of around 40 doctoral candidates in the field of sustainability from BUP participating universities across the Baltic Sea Region. During this event, there will be a workshop focused on sharing ideas, interdisciplinary research, and networking. We are now extending the places for this workshop to welcome 15 additional PhD students to participate!
The workshop focuses on brainstorming innovative research ideas. These ideas will be clustered into different themes regarding sustainability matters and discussed, setting the stage for collaborative exercises that help visualise possible future connections. Throughout the workshop, we will also formulate research questions and explore methodological approaches together. To moderate the workshop and share insights, we will have researchers from the field joining us.
There will, of course, be a joint coffee break (fika) as well.
