Short presentation
My main research area is new organisational forms, with focus on how these arise and affect businesses, technological paths and the human. This includes studies of 'insider activism' and 'alternative entrepreneurship', as well as an advancement of ethnographic audio-visual methods. As Director of the Entrepreneurship School at Industrial Engineering and Management I also seek to improve interactive teaching methods across the academic disciplines, especially in relation to sustainability.

Biography
This text is not available in English, therefore the Swedish version is shown.
Annika Skoglund is Director of Uppsala Entrepreneurship School, Senior Fellow of HEA, and co-editor of the journal Foucault Studies. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, where she also defended her PhD Thesis, Homo Clima, in 2011. The monograph and thesis build extensively on a discourse analysis of climate change, focussing on its biopolitical foundations and effects of self-regulation, particularly among younger generations in Sweden. The thesis has been partly published in English in the journals: Resilience – international policies, practices and discourses; Sustainable Development; and Children’s Geographies. Since then, Skoglund has broadened her empirical, theoretical and methodological interests to explore alternative forms of entrepreneurship and insider activism, mainly ethnographically. She has published her work in journals such as Organization, Organization Studies, Human Relations, Sociological Reviews and Critical Policy Studies. Her theoretical work on pedagogic development involves novel teaching methods in the realm of posthumanism and transhumanism, published in the journals Academy of Management Education and Learning and Management Learning. She has in addition co-produced three videographies and written one book on climate activism and epistemic communities together with Prof. Steffen Böhm, to be published in 2021 (Cambridge University Press).
