Short presentation

I am a PhD student in the sociology of education and I am investigating how and why the first women with PhD's in Sweden formed a scientific movement that fought for scientific education (bildning) and fostering (fostran) for women in the first half of the 20th century. I situate myself in the intersection of history of education, history of science and history of gender.

Since 2019, I have taught history of education, sociology of education, supervised student essays and held rhetoric workshops on the teacher training programmes and taught history of education on the bachelor programme in sociology.
