Short presentation

I am a Professor Emeritus of Sociology at the University of Turku, Finland, but also a Guest Professor of Sociology, especially housing and social theory, at the Institute of Housing and Urban Research in Uppsala. My current research interests include residential segregation, neighbour relations and housing policy change. I am especially interested in the conceptual, theoretical and methodological aspects of housing studies. I am the current editor of the journal Housing, Theory and Society.
