Short presentation

Elin Boyer is since spring 20201 a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law and CRS. Her project aim to analyze and place in a legal historical context the various implementations of 'Nature' as legal right-bearing subject(s). The project is affiliated with Realizing Rights of Nature: Sustaining Development and Democracy.

Boyer has most recently worked with discrimination law whilst undertaking courses in critical legal studies. She has a background as an educator in civil society.
