Short presentation
I have been a PhD student in speech-language pathology at the Department of Public Health and Caring Sciences since 2022. In my PhD project, I will investigate health literacy in people with stroke, both with and without communication difficulties, and ways to strengthen it within stroke rehabilitation. I am particularly interested in issues of communicative accessibility and how it can be improved for people with communication difficulties after brain injury.
Biography
I graduated from the speech-language pathologist program at the University of Gothenburg in 2016. Since then I have master's degree in speech-language pathology and a master's degree in public health science, with a focus on digital health and communication.
I work as a speech-language pathologist at the university clinic of rehabilitation medicine, Danderyds hospital, Stockholm.
