Short presentation
I am currently lecturer in Nordic languages with a focus on runology. I am above all a historical linguist with expertise in Nordic language history, in particular the Proto-Nordic and Viking Age runic inscriptions, but I have also worked on more synchronically oriented questions concerning crosslinguistic variation and typology. My subfields of focus are morphology, syntax, phonology, and etymology. My current research project focuses on dialectal variation in the Viking Age runic material.
