The Department of Business Studies host NORD-IB module in Uppsala 2024
Between 22 and 24 May, the department hosted the Nordic Research School of International Business (NORD-IB) third module.
The module deals with the international expansion and governance of multinational companies, focusing on research related to our department in Uppsala. It was successfully conducted with several teachers (Mats Forsgren, Ivo Zander, Francesco Ciabuschi, Katarina Blomkvist, Philip Kappen, Alice Schmuck, David Freund, Emre Yildiz and Ulf Holm) through lectures, group work and student driven presentations. Participating PhD students came from mainly Nordic universities including England.
The next module will take place in Helsinki in the fall.
The NORD-IB programme is a joint initiative among business schools in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and UK.
