Analysis of the aquatic carbon cycle
My group investigates the natural aquatic carbon cycle using advanced liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry methods. The aquatic carbon cycle is very complex and requires high resolution analytical techniques in order to determine the mechanisms under which reduced carbon is processed in the environment. We develop such techniques and work with collaborators in Uppsala and around the world to investigate the aquatic carbon cycle on Earth.
