Clinical Genomics Uppsala granted ALF funding
Lucia Cavelier and collaborators at Clinical Genomics Uppsala have been granted ALF funding of MSEK 1.9 to strengthen precision medicine research.
The funding is granted from the call for ALF funding for equipment or services. The grant will be used for improved IT solutions at Clinical Genomics Uppsala, and establishment of a workflow for large-scale sequencing in collaboration with the SciLifeLab National Genomics Infrastructure. The aim is to develop a clinically validated workflow for whole-genome sequencing to strengthen precision medicine research.
