IGP project on IVA’s new 100 list for innovation and competitiveness

The project HPVir – concept for home sampling for the prevention of cervical cancer is one of fifty-one projects on the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences’ (IVA) 100 list for 2021.

The concept has been developed by Inger Gustavsson and colleagues in Ulf Gyllensten’s group. Their model for home sampling for the screening of cervical cancer has shown increased participation and a doubled effect for identifying women at risk.
