Welcome online when IF's foundation for pharmaceutical research celebrates its 50th anniversary with an afternoon webinar focusing on the past and future of Swedish Life Science.

Tomas Salmonson, former head of the EMA's scientific committee CHMP, and Jenni Nordborg, national coordinator for Life Science, will among others take part in the conversation. The seminar will also include future reconnaissance Where are we headed? How Sweden can regain its leading position in the world of pharmaceuticals! with moderator Ulrika Simonsson, professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Biosciences, Uppsala University.

The seminar is free for members of the Swedish Pharmaceutical Society. Non-members pay SEK 450. Welcome to an educational day that will give a good overview of Swedish Life Science.

IF's foundation for pharmaceutical research was formed 50 years ago. To date, the foundation has distributed SEK 30 million in scholarships and grants for, among other things, postdoc stays, degree projects, courses and conferences. At the anniversary seminar 16 September, the foundation will highlight the development of Swedish Life Science through the scholarships the foundation has awarded, as well as the future of pharmaceutical research in Sweden.
