Description

For the green energy transition to be realized in the Baltic Sea Region countries,
local authorities, SMEs and citizens/interest groups need to raise their capacity and learn new skills of how to establish and operate energy communities.

The objective of the StartSun project is to tackle the start-up challenge of establishing energy communities
by creating the necessary knowledge, documentation and first experience-pilots in the Baltic States.

The project’s final deliverable is to provide a Start-Up package with specific guidelines for establishing energy communities and to actually establish six different types of pilot energy communities.
