Peter Fredriksson new Chairman of the Nobel committee

Peter Fredriksson, Professor at the Department of Economics at Uppsala University becomes the committees new Chairman from the 1 January 2019 according to The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. The committee selects the laureates for the Bank of Sweden Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel (the Nobel Prize in Economics).

Eva Mörk, Professor at the Department of Economics at Uppsala University is also a member of the committee.
