Professor Oskar Nordström Skans awarded the Thuréus-prize

The Royal Society of Sciences at Uppsala has awarded Professor Oskar Nordström Skans the Thuréus-prize for "his outstanding research in labor market economics".

The Royal Society of Sciences at Uppsala is Sweden’s oldest learned society, founded in 1710, after the model of similar learned societies on the continent.

Since the beginning of the nineteenth century donations have made it possible for the Society to award prizes to scholars, delivered once a year at a public ceremony.
