Elin Sundberg's dissertation is titled Essays in Labor Economics: Gender, Careers, and Family Decisions.
The dissertation consists of four essays that explore: (1) the career and family trade-offs faced by Swedish law graduates at labor market entry, (2) how couples navigate career prioritization when relocating, (3) the impact of remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic on mothers' employment and earnings, and (4) how parental time investments influence children's human capital development.
