Short Talk & Character Creation Demo for the Larp Lumen (15:00 - 17:00)
Erasmus EDGE dissemination event
In this event, the Transformative Play Initiative will share information about their Erasmus+ EDGE project. They will discuss their textbooks on design and implementation used in the Master's programme at UU.
They will also provide a short character creation demo for theirlarp Lumen, a larp about using game design for personal change. Come learn more about using analog role-playing games for transformative purposes!

🎮 How to pitch your game idea | Online & Hybrid at GGH | (13.30-16.30)
Join the Game Founders Workshop Series, an online introduction to entrepreneurship in game development for students interested in indie game creation. At GGH it is possible to see the online version together and with presence of Science Park Gotland.

Maja is a linguistic history researcher who has been exploring runes and their modern afterlives. Her talk explores the use of runes in video games, combining academic research with hands-on experience translating runes and Old Icelandic in God of War and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

Meet and Mingle: The Assembly: A Larp on Democratic Deliberation from the Larpocracy ProjectHave you ever wanted to learn how to have more fruitful political discussions on important issues?
Join us for The Assembly, a 4-hour larp about community members in a fiction version of Sweden deliberating about the benefits and drawbacks of decriminalizing or legalizing the psychedelic substance psilocybin.
The goal of the larp is to practice skills in respectfully presenting viewpoints, listening to one another, and being willing to change one's opinion.
This larp is part of a research project called Larpocracy. Participation in the research components before and after the larp are optional.
