Three new research projects to receive fundning from RJ
Three new projects at the Department have been granted funding by the Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (RJ):
- Morag Ramsey, who defended her doctoral dissertation in March 2021, is granted funding for the research projectBetween life and death. Intrauterine device (IUD) use in Sweden, ca. 1960-1975.
- Linnea Tillema, who defended her doctoral dissertation in September 2021, is granted funding for the research projectThe emotional citizen. Quality-of-life debates and the transformation of democracy in 1970s Sweden.
- Solveig Jülich, professor at the Department, is granted funding for the infrastructure project Communicating medicine. Digitalisation of Swedish medical periodicals, 1781–2011. Associate Professor Ylva Söderfeldt will also be part of the project.
Torbjörn Gustafsson Chorell, professor at the Department, will be part of the research team of At the end of the world. A transdisciplinary approach to the apocalyptic imaginary in the past and present, directed by professor Jayne Svenungsson at Lund University.
