Sixteen new grants from the Swedish Research Council to IGP

Sixteen IGP researchers have been awarded research grants from the Swedish Research Council in the field of medicine and health.

Xingqi Chen, Stefan Enroth, Ingrid Glimelius, Klas Kullander, Malin Lagerström, Ulf Landegren, Fredrik Swartling and Lene Uhrbom have been awarded project grants of SEK 4.8 million for four years, Lena Claesson-Welsh receives SEK 4.35 million for four years, and Linda Holmfeldt, Cecilia Lindskog Bergström and Carina Strell are granted two- or three-year project grants of SEK 2.4 million.

Daniel Fürth, Yumeng Mao, Veronica Rendo and Anzhelika Vorobyeva have been awarded four-year starting grants of SEK 6 million.

In this call, IGP researchers have been granted funding of almost SEK 74 million for the coming four years. In total, the Swedish Research Council has awarded grants of SEK 1.2 billion for the years 2022–2027.
