Maryam Oroujeni awarded for scientific paper

Maryam Oroujeni, postdoctoral researcher at IGP, has received the The Bill Eckelman Award for the best Nuclear Medicine and Biology Paper in 2023.

The awarded paper has the title “Evaluation of affinity matured Affibody molecules for imaging of the immune checkpoint protein B7-H3”. It was selected by the editorial board of the journal Nuclear Medicine and Biology because of its novelty and importance of the target for the tracers, opportunities for imaging as well as therapy, and the excellent methodology and completeness of the experiments. Moreover, it was written outstandingly well.

The award is a certificate and EUR 1000.
